Important:

Please handle all Overland-Tandberg units with care. If damage occurs in transit due to insufficient or poor packaging Overland-Tandberg will charge you its standard charges for repair. The customer is liable for any damages and Overland-Tandberg will claim compensation if the faulty unit is not returned within 5 days.

This also effects damages outside the warranty period, as well as returning incorrect devices, sending other devices in addition to the named serial number and hardware which is not Overland-Tandberg equipment.

Please note: In the event that no defect is found, or if you fail to return the faulty unit to Overland-Tandberg within 5 days, you will be charged in accordance with the service pricelist.
